Yes, so that we can guarantee attention to each bride. We are very flexible with appointment times; weekends and after hours

Hours available for appointments:

– 3-7pm Monday through Friday
– 9am-6pm Saturdays
– 1-5pm Sundays

We are very flexible, so if you need a time not listed, just send us a message and we can probably work something out.

How long does it take for my dress to arrive? When should I start shopping?

Most manufacturers require 4-6 months to deliver dresses as they are made to order. You also need to leave time for alterations, so we suggest ordering your dress at least 8-10 months ahead of your wedding.

What if my wedding is coming up very soon and I don’t have time to order a dress?

We have a small selection of sample gowns available to be purchased the day of your appointment that we would love to show you in hopes that one will be perfect for you!

Who should I bring shopping with me?

Choose your bride tribe wisely. Who joins your shopping adventure varies from bride to bride. We recommend bringing people who will help you make a decision, not make the decision more difficult.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Be Insta-ready! Wear a cute (and comfortable) outfit so you’re ready for pictures when you find your dream dress.

Nude undergarments are recommended (Underwear is REQUIRED to try on our gowns). Spanx is a good options to keep things smooth under your dress.

What NOT to wear to your appointment…

– Absolutely no spray/self tanner prior to your appointment. Tanner needs to be set at least 24 hours before trying on our dresses.
– Heavy make-up. You want to feel put together so wear light makeup if you choose, but you also don’t want to get red lipstick on white dresses.
– Heavy perfumes/lotions
– Jewelry that can snag dresses

What sizes are your sample gowns?

We carry samples in a variety of sizes, ranging in size from 2-26. We sell gowns sized up to 32. Samples in store rarely fit perfectly but we can work with most of the gowns to allow you to see just how the dress will fit you in the correct size.

What is the price range of dresses in your shop?

Our dresses currently range in price from $700 to $2,500.

Dress payment…

We require a minimum of 60% down to order the dress, and a payments schedule for the remaining balance can be arranged at that time.

Payment in full at the time dress is ordered at one of our enhanced appointments will receive a credit of the specified amount in the appointment descriptions.

Will I need alterations? Are they included in the price of my dress?

Almost all wedding dresses require alterations of some sort. When ordering your gown we will walk you through selecting the best size based on thorough measurements and the designers’ size chart to minimize alterations as much as possible.

Alterations are not included in the price of your dress. At this time we do not offer in house alterations, but we will provide you with information for several talented seamstresses in the area.
